OK I finally am clear on how a Calendar can be placed to the right for a Group page like Usa2k.
Create your Group / Calendar page like http://solaroof.org/wiki/Usa2k/Calendar
Then simply add
(:wikilog:)
to the initially empty page.
Don't forget to include your User name in the Author Field or "save" won't save.
