Power Over
What I mean by Power Over is the current command/control way by which structures of patriarchal power are used to dominate and exploit people and planet. Knowledge is used for power over others and the strategy to change the dynamics of knowledge as power and leverage is our application of the principles of Open Source. The Power Over problem can be replaced by the Power With when we apply the principles of collaboration and cooperation (see: Collaboration Is The Key)
