Blue Green
Blue Green is one of my favorite words to describe the approach that Sola Roof takes to technology. It means using a combination of "water working" (the Blue) and living plants (the Green) as a low tech solution for Eco Living. A Blue Green solution as relates to Architecture would establish an Arcology for building design and construction. This is a synthesis of Architecture and Ecology that will enable our "built environment" to produce all the necessities of life support: food, water and energy, including biomass for nutrients. These are produced from the higher plants and from algae.
