Open Space Technology
This is a very important framework for guiding our work. We must discuss these principles, understand them and apply them.
Open Space Technology can have several meanings but i feel it basically implies the design of organizational and technological infrastructures to give people the "space" to innovate those systems to suit their needs. Hence it is an extension of the open source methodology that has infected the software commmunity virally and is now spreading to the rest of society as part of a pragmatic and proactive approach to creating positive social change.
