I am an electrical engineer living and working in Wisconsin, USA. One of my interests is growing orchids (presently in a grow room in the basement) and I would like to build a greenhouse in a couple of years. Heating/cooling it is an issue. We average 14 days/summer with highs of 90 degrees (F) or more and can go as cold as -20s in the winter. The Sola Roof technology interests from both practical (cost, resource use) and technical perspectives.
