I got your messages over on the Omidyar.net. And I think I am responding as you requested. You say that this format is easier than at O.net but I am not sure how I will find your response or know when I should check for a response - do I start in "All Group Activity" and see if you have modified this page since I posted?

Anyway, if you will tell me a little about the project goals, funding plan, etc. I will share what I know about different forms of organization - tax effect on investment - ease of operation - or what ever else I can contribute.
